Splattered on the wall

Angry at Cox? You should be because he's the guy who has not only contributed to the demise of our economy, he's the guy that defrauded taxpayers out of over $10 billion by closing and selling off El Toro to favor his development buddies and himself. Now look at the fine mess Cox left us that reduced our property values, and left us with a toxic wasteland called El Toro a.k.a. the "Great Park".

The following are documents that verify the existence of the contamination that impacts the city of Irvine--contamination that continues to migrate from El Toro/the Great Park:

Document
Description
Plume 6 Miles Memo that says the toxic plume under Irvine is at least 6 miles long, not 3 miles which puts the plume in the area where Irvine has been getting its drinking water
Plume, Top View Top view of toxic plume of TCE under Irvine
Plume, Side View Side view of toxic plume of TCE under Irvine
Contamination Spreading Map Map showing how concentrations of TCE and other chemicals at El Toro/the Great Park are being forced off base into Irvine by the on-base cleanup effort
Latham & Watkins TCE Warning Document Document that validates the conerns about TCE including the dangers of TCE vapor intrusion
2007 IRWD Water Report Report from the Irvine Ranch Water District that clearly shows the water they are distributing to Irvine residents is contaminated with cancerous TCE
CPEO TCE 1996 Memo, 2000PPB Report that shows how the TCE contamination from El Toro/the Great Park has spread far beyond Irvine into Orange County's water supply system
Dyer Well Map Map that shows how the plume of TCE under Irvine is actually much larger in size.
El Toro Contamination Report, 1996 Memo that says Irvine/OC water is 'undrinkable'
El Toro Physician Perchlorate Report, 061006 Report (see page 11) that says the TCE plume under Irvine may be much closer to the surface than Irvine says it is
El Toro RAB Report Report that says the TCE contamination plume under Irvine is likely much larger than Irvine and others are admitting to
GAO Letter_06302008 Recent letter from Senators about lack of cleanup effort (validates concerns about TCE that's also under Irvine/OC)
Irvine Water Mailer Mailing from Irvine saying not to worry because Irvine gets its water from the Dyer wells (which are contaminated per the IRWD--see IRWD report excerpt below)
IRWD Water Report Clip IRWD water report excerpt that shows the Dyer wells are contaminated with TCE
MWDOC 2005 Water Report 174 OC Metropolitan Water District report that says 'concentrations' of TCE have been found in the Dyer wells above where Irvine gets its drinking water (contradicts the IRWD report above that claims low levels of TCE have been found in the IRWD wells
